2) NORTH INDIAN: North Indian cuisine North Indian cuisine is collectively the cuisine of Northern India, which includes the cuisines of Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and adjoining western Bihar.
NORTH INDIAN BIRYANI:  Biryani is a mixed rice dish originating among                                                                                           the Muslims of the subcontinent. It is made with                                                                                          Indian spices, rice, and usually some type of                                                                                               meat (chicken, beef, goat, lamb, prawns, fish) or                                                                                         in some cases without any meat, and
                                                                                       sometimes, in addition, eggs and potatoes.
